The Opportunity for the Chartered Building Surveyor:

This role is perfect for a Chartered Building Surveyor who is confident in delivering professional advice to clients, both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You'll be responsible for providing expert services across commercial properties, ensuring client satisfaction and driving the growth of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing tender documents and administering construction contracts.
• Managing dilapidations negotiations for landlords and tenants.
• Handling Party Wall matters and providing cost consultancy advice.
• Writing professional reports and attending client and stakeholder meetings.
• Supporting business development by fostering client relationships and contributing to team success.

About You the Chartered Building Surveyor:

We're looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
• Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software is a bonus.
