Clarkson Owens Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading Glasgow City Centre based consultancy looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team. 

Duties Include 

• Condition Surveys 


• Reinstatement Cost Assessments 


• Schedule of Conditions 


• Dilapidations 


• Building Pathology 

Ideal Candidate 

• Hold a degree in Building Surveying and qualified to MRICS


• Good interpersonal skills 


• An Ambitious can-do attitude 


• Good technical knowledge in all matters relating to building surveying 


• Attention to detail 


• Working knowledge of IT systems and CAD. 


• Experience in health and safety procedures and the CDM Regulations. 


• Previous relevant experience


• Full, Clean UK driving license.
