Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-respected, award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy that delivers innovative design and construction solutions.
What You'll Do:
Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budgets
Manage tenders, contracts, and procurement processes
Monitor project expenditures and provide financial reports
Conduct risk assessments and implement cost-saving strategies
Ensure compliance with construction law and regulations
What We're Looking For:
RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor (HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar)
3+ years of experience in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Masterbill, Bluebeam, Excel)
Flexibility to travel to client sites when required
