TH Recruit is working with an established land promotion and development business based in Warwickshire. The vacancy is for an Associate Estates Surveyor.
Job Description:
Office-based, full-time Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00pm with 1-hour lunch break from 1:00pm to 2:00pm

Overview
We are seeking an Estates Surveyor with ideally at least 2 years’ experience.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Estates Director and take the lead on existing properties and new projects.
The candidate should have a proven track record in managing property and rural operations.
The Role
This is predominantly a property management role to include the following:
• Estate Management for residential, commercial, agricultural and retail holdings.
• Building maintenance management.
• Contractor management and budget management.
• Facilities management for office building to include reactive maintenance and planned programmes of work.
• Lease renewals and rent reviews – offices / retail units.
• Landlord and Tenant, preparation of Farm Business Tenancies, Grazing Licences.
• Site inspections.
• Disposals.
• Planning.
Key Requirements:
• RICS-qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with, ideally, at least 2 years’ PQE. But not Essential
• Commercially and financially astute.
• Ability to work independently.
• Well organised and methodical with good attention to detail.
• Be IT literate.
• Be pro-active and business-minded.
• Be able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Strong organisational skills and able to prioritise own time and workload.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
