Daniel Owen are currently seeking a highly experience 'Chartered Surveyor' to join Our Client's bespoke Chartered Surveying and Property Management Firm in North London.

As a skilled and motivated Chartered Surveyor, you will be entrusted with delivering project work and professional services across an extensive range of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting specifications, managing tenders, and overseeing construction projects on-site.
  • Creating project drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Handling planning and Building Regulation applications.
  • Conducting measured surveys of land and buildings.
  • Monitoring new build projects on behalf of funders, tenants, and purchasers.
  • Preparing feasibility studies and sketch designs for diverse building types.
  • Developing Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules.
  • Negotiating and preparing schedules of dilapidation's.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • Chartered status (MRICS) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in both residential and commercial sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and construction processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with surveying software and tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required
