Daniel Owen are currently seeking a highly experience 'Chartered Surveyor' to join Our Client's bespoke Chartered Surveying and Property Management Firm in North London.

As a skilled and motivated Chartered Surveyor, you will be entrusted with delivering project work and professional services across an extensive range of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting specifications, managing tenders, and overseeing construction projects on-site.
Creating project drawings using AutoCAD.
Handling planning and Building Regulation applications.
Conducting measured surveys of land and buildings.
Monitoring new build projects on behalf of funders, tenants, and purchasers.
Preparing feasibility studies and sketch designs for diverse building types.
Developing Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules.
Negotiating and preparing schedules of dilapidation's.Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Chartered status (MRICS) is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in both residential and commercial sectors.
In-depth knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and construction processes.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with surveying software and tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
