We have an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor to join one of the largest and most respected property consultancies in the UK.
Chartered Surveyors MRICS with experience in Rural, Commercial and General Practice all welcome to apply for this role within our clients infrastructure team.
The Chartered Surveyor role involves providing a property service with a rural focus including compensation relating to temporary and permanent acquisition, along with the valuation of rural land and property.
Ideally possess a strong understanding of compulsory purchase/compensation knowledge
Flexible role (part time hours welcome)
Hybrid working welcome
Office in Birmingham and/or Nottingham
Salary £45k - £60k DOE
