​THE ROLE

We’re looking to appoint a number of Chassis Engineers to provide engineering support alongside our growing and busy motorsport programmes. These include; WRC Rally1 & Rally2, Rally Raid, and Test Teams. Extracting maximum performance whilst ensuring the efficient running of our competition vehicles, our Chassis Engineers are at the very core of the team – travelling the world in pursuit of the very best results.

​The role and responsibilities include:

  Providing technical assistance across all tests and events within a certain motorsport programme.

  Defining and delivering vehicle running procedures and ensuring the efficient running of event entry cars.

  
  


• 
  

  Helping to drive an integrated and collaborative approach to improving performance aspects, including identifying and resolving technical issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare post event reports and bulletins to include event and performance analysis of both the car and team.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring all event entry cars comply with FIA technical regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing a high standard of technical documentations and details of technical updates.

  
  


• 
  

  Helping the team in the development and improvement of internal systems to aid efficiency and quality.

  
  

​WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

​We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and can-do attitude.

​You should be educated to either a MEng or BEng degree level in either Motorsport/Automotive Engineering and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.

​You should have experience and knowledge of data logging and analysis software, and be well organised and delivery focused, as well as having strong problem-solving skills.

​You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.

​Excellent communication and relationship building skills and be confident producing professional technical documents and reports.

​A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar chassis/race engineering role in Motorsport. This can include; Rallying or Racing.
