We are delighted to be recruiting for a Chef de partie for this stunning fresh food led, daytime Caf� operation in Brighton. You will report directly into the Head Chef and be a fundamental part of shaping the offering at this stunning location. The successful candidate will come with experience of working with fresh food in either a hotel, restaurant or contract catering background. You will be professional, hardworking and a confident team player.
