Chef de Partie - Italian restaurant

We are looking for a talented, passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at a beautiful Italian restaurant near Shepherds Market, central London. Cooking traditional Italian cuisine in a refined setting, the menu will offer best fresh produce available creating fantastic homemade pasta, pizza, and fusion British & Italian dishes in an exceptional & warm welcoming environment.

Casual Fine dining Italian cuisine (great suppliers and precise food)
Lunch and dinner using fresh seasonal ingredients
Up 60 covers per day
Rota of 3 doubles & single shift/ 3 days off)
Negotiable salary according to experience

Brand-new kitchen

The ideal Chef de Partie must have at least 3 years of experience in Italian cuisine in fine dining restaurants You must have a great attitude and willing to work from scratch with fresh produce.
