We are looking for two Chef de Partie's for our client who owns a beautiful boutique hotel which has 2 AA Rosette Kitchen and they own a brasserie and two cafes in the village.
We are looking for all rounders, flexible, hard working and looking for a long term position and ideally with Rosette experience but that isn't essential.
Chefs work 48 hours per week, five days out of seven including weekends. There is a mixture of straight and split shifts.
The salary is £29952.00 per annum, plus a generous share of the gratuities.
We do have staff accommodation available in a small room in a house 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
