Chef de Partie - 4 star hotel, Live In

We are currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie with a passion for this industry to join a well-established kitchen at this lovely hotel in Farnham. As Chef de Partie you will join the hotels brigade of chefs helping to produce quality fresh food for their Restaurant, Room Service and Banqueting areas.

A picturesque 4-star hotel in Farnham with 53 bedrooms, busy hotel restaurant, bar lounge and conference facilities. They have a modern European casual dining restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as afternoon teas. There is also a large outdoor patio that is perfect for al fresco dining and celebrations.

The Person

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:
At least 1 years experience working as Chef de Partie ideally in hotel setting
A passion for cooking, with a genuine love of food and a real desire to learn and develop your skills
A good understanding of all applicable Health & Safety legislation & experience working with strict Health & Hygiene regimes
Punctuality, reliability and a can-do attitude
The ability to work in a team in a busy environment, sometimes under pressure with self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven day as required
