The role

we are looking for a chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, it is a fresh food kitchen so you will cook everything fresh, prep your fridge for service.you will cook to a high end level. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.�
Experience

We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, able to run a section and have good knife skills, with a rosette background.�
