Join Head Chef Mathew Sherry in our 4 AA Rosette number one restaurant. Number One offers a Seasonal Tasting menu of favourite Scottish and British produce. Current menu items may include Shetland salmon, Orkney scallops, North Sea halibut, Pittenweem lobster 45-day aged Scottish Beef, and our own Balmoral honey.

4 AA Rosettes, La Liste top 1000 World's Best Restaurants
5 days per week, dinner service only
no split shifts

We will provide extensive training but you should be capable of self-direction and self-reliance in a busy kitchen. Development and training opportunities will be tailored to you.
