Job Title: Chef de Partie - New Opening

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: 4 days per week

We are looking for skilled and passionate Chef de Parties to join the team at a brand-new culinary venture set to open in Oxfordshire, OX18.
This exciting new establishment is part of a respected hospitality group known for its dedication to quality and innovation in the dining experience.
You will be joining a kitchen led by a renowned Head Chef, offering an excellent opportunity to further your culinary career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards in your designated section, ensuring consistency and quality.
Work closely with the Senior Chefs to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
Contribute to menu ideas and development, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen.
Strong passion for food and a keen interest in culinary trends and techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.
Commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
