Our client is an exquisite 130 cover restaurant based within an affluent neighbourhood area within West London. The restaurant offers a modern British menu, utilising the very best of locally sourced British produce. The entire team are super passionate and very professional - elevating smart casual to another level! You can expect great career development within this hugely successful operation.

Chef de Partie Pastry Benefits:


  • £35,000 - £37,000 Overtime paid hourly
  • Working as part of an award winning restaurant group which offers fantastic opportunities to develop your skills and job title.
  • Stable covers: 50/60 lunch and 100+ for dinner
  • Using the very best British produce available.
  • Brigade of 3 pastry chefs
  • Hammersmith, 5-minute walk from the station
  • £35,000 to £37,000 per annum
  • 48 hours per week based on 1 double and 4 singles – 5 days on
  • Double is 8am until 11pm
  • Singles are either 8am until 4pm or 3pm until 11pm

Chef de Partie Pastry Requirements:


  • Our client is seeking a highly competent and confident Chef de Partie pastry who is capable of running the pastry section in the absence of the head pastry chef.
  • A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a team.
  • A Chef de Partie pastry with a strong background working within reputable seasonal led establishments.
  • Previous experience working with British cuisine would be desirable.
