The hotel's kitchen is managed by an iconic Michelin-starred head chef, renowned throughout the industry. The hotel features a single kitchen that produces Michelin-quality cuisine for their esteemed Mediterranean restaurant. Additionally, the role includes involvement in banqueting and in-room dining services.
Chef de Partie Pastry Benefits:
- Estimated salary of £33,000 plus £1500 per month in travel expenses.

Chef de Partie Requirements:
- They are looking for a passionate and career-driven Chef de Partie who is eager to start a new culinary journey at a five-star hotel.
- They are seeking a Chef de Partie pastry who is creative, well organised and able to work in a small team.
- The ideal Chef de Partie pastry will have worked in luxury hotels, award winning restaurants or private members clubs.
- All applicants must have a stable employment history.
