An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team at a prestigious award winning pub in Derbyshire. This role offers the chance to work in a fine dining environment, delivering exceptional cuisine in both the restaurant and banqueting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the Head Chef's standards.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
Assist with the creation of menus that highlight seasonal and local ingredients.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding dining experiences for both restaurant and banqueting guests.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a fine dining environment.
Rosette experience is highly desirable.
A positive and attitude.
A passion for high-quality cuisine and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
