Contract type : Permanent, full time, 23.00 latest finishing time, 40 hours.
We are seeking passionate and talented Chef de Parties to join the back-of-house team at our esteemed Terra restaurant, which is set to be relaunched in October in collaboration with renowned Master Chef Carlo Cracco.
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests by demonstrating your exceptional culinary skills, commitment to quality, and passion for the Italian cuisine.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!
Requirements At least 2 years of experience at a Chef de Partie level or equivalent in high-volume kitchens.
Knowledge of fresh pasta making is beneficial but we will teach you how to use our equipment and make fresh handmade pasta from scratch!
Ability to cook to specs and brand standards
A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture
Strong teamwork skills
Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
Fluent in English
