The role

we are looking for a chef de�partie�for a hotel in the main kitchen, you will prep your fridge, cooking to a rosette level, have your fridge ready for service and cook in service. This role will include all the normal chef de�partie�duties.�

This kitchen is also looking for a pastry chef de partie for the pastry section.�
Experience

we are looking for a main kitchen chef de�partie and a pastry chef de partie from a fresh food background, cooked to a rosette level and passion for amazing food.�
