Responsibilities in your new role as a Chef de Partie

  Assist the Sous Chef in the daily operations and management of the kitchen

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure each dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard, showcasing our commitment to quality

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment

  
  


• 
  

  Coach and mentor junior members of the brigade, fostering their growth and development

  
  


• 
  

  Take charge of running various sections of the kitchen, maintaining efficiency and excellence

  
  

Your personality, experience�and qualifications

We are looking for Chef de Parties who are passionate about food and culinary arts, career-driven with a strong desire to learn and develop, and enthusiastic about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates should also have a proven track record of longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and reliability.�
