- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulations.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff.
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
- Contribute to the kitchen team with your creativity and culinary expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or similar setting.
- Excellent cooking skills with a focus on detail and presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
