Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
  • Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
  • Contribute to the kitchen team with your creativity and culinary expertise.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a Michelin Starred or high-end restaurant.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a focus on detail and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications are preferred.
