My client in Maidenhead is a vibrant and contemporary Tapas located in the heart of this picturesque Maidenhead town centre. Renowned for its chic decor and relaxed atmosphere, my client offers an eclectic menu featuring locally sourced ingredients and a fusion of traditional and modern cuisine.

Job Details:

Position: Chef de partie

Salary: �25,000 - �28,000 (Tronc)

Shift pattern: 5/7 - all straights

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and Cooking:

    • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section.
    • Ensure all food meets the restaurant's standards for quality and presentation.
  • Section Management:

    • Oversee operations of your kitchen section.
    • Coordinate with team members for efficient workflow and timely service.
  • Hygiene and Safety Compliance:

    • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
    • Adhere to food safety protocols and health regulations.
  • Inventory and Stock Control:

    • Manage stock levels, order ingredients, and keep accurate inventory records.
    • Minimize waste and ensure cost-effective resource use.
  • Training and Development:

    • Assist in training junior staff and apprentices.
    • Provide guidance to ensure all team members meet required standards.
