Job Description Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie, with a strong background from a similar environment, to become an integral part of our kitchen team at the Novotel & Ibis Hotels Southampton.
Helps provide smooth running services and a high standard of production by managing his/her section
Works autonomously to produce dishes in compliance with cooking instructions
Supervises the Commis chefs' work
Has the right to work in the UK
. Salary £13.20 per hour
Main responsibilities:
Professional techniques / Production
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes including meat, fish and vegetables, displaying great attention to detail and a passion for every dish that leaves our kitchen
Produces and presents the dishes for the section in line with the cooking instructions and processes defined by the hotel and brand
Ensures that dishes are of a high standard, piping hot and well present...
