We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie for a beautiful Boutique Hotel in the stunning Bath countryside. The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail, they will also have the confidence to run their own section and mentor junior chef's.

Our client is a beautiful Boutique Hotel set in the Bath countryside. They combine creative dishes with traditional British favourites, using the best local ingredients.
The Perks
The Chef de Partie will receive:
A basic salary of £30,000
Plus service (up to £5,000 per annum)

The Person
The Chef de Partie will have:
Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar style venue is preferred, working in all sections
Confidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasks
Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
The ability to commute
