As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in preparing high end fine dining for lunch and dinner service. This is an excellent career opportunity for a chef to learn and work in an award winning kitchen.

The Role
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
The Person
You will already be a Chef de Partie or Commis/ Demi wanting to move up
Able to work unsupervised and passionate about a career in a kitchen
Have experience of working in AA rosette standard restaurant kitchens
Looking to learn and train in fine dining kitchen
