We are so excited to continue collaborating with an esteemed group of hotels located across the UK. One of their stunning properties, a recently renovated luxury boutique hotel in a picturesque village near Oxfordshire, is seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join their 3 Rosette kitchen brigade.

£31,125 per annum plus circa £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Assisting in the creation of a variety of modern British dishes for up to 48 covers and banquets for up to 100 people
Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades
Making the most of the hotels access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Showcasing high-quality communication and teamwork skills
Working alongside a truly wonderful Head Chef and an award-winning team, this is an excellent opportunity to elevate your culinary skillset. You will help craft a wide array of classic British dishes with modern twists, using the very best locally sourced ingredients.
