Job Title: Chef de Partie
Our client is a foodie neighbourhood gastro pub based in a residential area in the heart of Chelsea. This gastro pub has so much to offer the local community – incredible food, bespoke drinks, stunning interior décor and a real home from home feel. They have a formal bar area, a restaurant dining area and separate private dining room.
Chef de Partie benefits:
- £40,000 per year– working 48 hours per week (7 shifts)
- 9:30pm last orders.
- Incredible food and produce – modern techniques, with a brasserie style menu.
- Under a 10-minutes’ walk from Sloane Square Station

- Working 5 pays per week, 7 shifts.
- In-house training provided, working in a strong united team of 7 chefs.
- 7-day operation with around 40/70 covers per day – Sundays can be 200.
Chef De Partie Requirements:
- We are looking for a highly driven, ambitious, and competent Chef de Partie.
- You must a good foundation of knowledge and training with fresh seasonal produce.
- A loyal, committed, and reliable Chef de Partie that can work well under pressure.
- A Chef de Partie who is passionate about cooking and working with the very best produce.
