This is a wonderful Restaurant thats recently opened and has hit the ground running. Everything is made on site and they are hoping for rosettes in the future.

THE POSITION
As Chef De Partie, you will be working directly under the Sous Chef and Head Chef. This will entail working on any given section while producing high quality fresh food. This is a great opportunity to develop while maintain the standards set out by the Head Chef.
Producing Rosette standard food
Working with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to create new menus
Generally, not working more than 48 hours per week.

This quant Restaurant is located near the beautiful City of Cambridge. With some beautiful scenery and friendly locals this is a wonderful place to spend time. You will need to drive due to the location
