We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the brigade of this beautiful luxury hotel in St Albans.
The Perks
As Chef de Partie you can expect the following: A competitive salary of up to £30,000
service charge
40 hour contract and paid overtime

The Place
Our client is a luxury country house hotel and spa in St Albans. The hotel sits in 12 acres of beautiful Hertfordshire countryside and has two restaurants and two bars on site, including a new Pan Asian restaurant as well as a busy conference and banqueting department.
The Person
The Chef de Partie will have experience of the following:
Have experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in either
4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent level restaurant
A team player who is willing to work hard to get the best results
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
Live locally to St Albans or have own transport
