The Copthorne Tara Hotel is looking for a chef de partie to work in a team that really gels and works closely together. Serving traditional British food , the restaurant is proud of the all-day menu , which brings traditional, fresh, seasonal British flavours to the heart of the restaurant.

Key Information:
Role: Chef de partie
Salary: £30,000 per annum+ Service Charge
Working hours: 40 hrs weekly

Chef de partie will have:
Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality, restaurant or Hotel.
Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene
A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
The ability to work well within a team
The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
To deputise for the Senior Chef De Partie in his/her absence.
Ensure you are able to prepare, cook and present all dishes from the menu and facilitate any reasonable requests.
In Coordination with the Demi Chef De Parties and Commis Chefs, ensure that all necessary mise-en-place is prepared and that all necessary work is completed prior to commencement of service.
To ensure the standard of all food from the allocated section is as per the recipe file before it leaves kitchen, i.e. quality, standard of presentation and service adhered to.
To assist in the training of new and existing staff.
