Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
Kitchen Management duties
Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels
The Person
You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen
Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
