Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a luxury 4-star hotel and spa in the Camberley area of Surrey and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.

Our client is a luxury 4-star hotel and spa in the Camberley area of Surrey, with easy access to both the M3 and M25, as well as the local bus routes too.
The hotel is part of a privately owned group of hotels across the UK and is home to a restaurant offering fresh seasonal British dishes, as well as an informal lounge area that offers light lunches and afternoon tea.
The hotel caters for a mixture of both business and leisure guests, with the weekends being their busiest times. They cater for an average of 60 covers per evening, up to a maximum of 130 covers when they're busy. They can also cater for C&B of up to 250 covers.
What's involved?
As an experienced Chef, you will work as part of a team of 7 chefs, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the company's required standards. You will be passionate about producing good quality food, wanting to consistently provide a high standard of food service to guests, and always looking for ways to enhance their experience further. This includes the restaurant, lounge and bar area, and C&B.
You will be an enthusiastic and driven person, providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members working with you whilst ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.
Previous experience of working on the grill section would be favourable but isn't a deal-breaker, however, experience in a similar hotel environment is required.
