A Great opportunity for a Motivated Chef de partie to work with a Head chef from a 3 Michelin Star Background.

The kitchen will focus on Fresh, Seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, offering a high end Gastro experience, this would include tasting menus of up to 12-15 courses.

We are seeking an experienced Chef de partie 

Requirements

• 2 Rosette experience


• Pastry Skills desired but not essential


• Passion for locally sourced seasonal ingredients


• Passionate about guest experience
