Chef De Partie

Verve People are hiring a CDp on behalf of our client, who run a Traditional Italian Restaurant, offering antipasti, old italian favourites and desserts. For this reason the ideal candidate would have experience with a similar menu.
Hours and days are TBC, however this position could be made permanent for the right candidate.
Your main duties will include (but not limited to):
*Set up of kitchen before service.
*Assisting in all elements of food prep and service.
*High levels of cleaning standards.
*Close down of kitchen after service.
*Following health & safety procedures.
*Reporting to Head Chef, and working as part of the team.
As we fast approach Christmas this is the perfect time to find a new role.
