Chef de Partie (Cook)
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Salary: £19,814-£20,155 per annum (Pro Rata) including an allowance for holiday pay and shifts, £24,404 per annum (FTE)
Job Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week, term-time only, working shifts between 06:30-20:00 Monday to Friday

The Role
The production and service of meals and refreshments throughout the school day
Catering for all school functions and courses held during the school term and non-term time
Monitor stock control, rotation and records
Assists in the preparation of college meals
Ensures staff and kitchen hygiene requirements are met
Ensures Health and Safety at work requirements are met
Participate in the College programme of Performance Management and Continuing Professional Development
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as the line manager may reasonably require
