Experience working in a professional kitchen with high culinary standards

Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the role
Chef De Partie Responsibilities:
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for guests
Managing a designated section of the kitchen efficiently
Assisting in menu planning and contributing to new ideas
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required
