Experienced in hotel kitchens, conference, and banquet catering
Background in handling high-volume events with consistent quality
Longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and reliability
Skilled in preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients
Comfortable adapting to varying responsibilities, including occasional breakfast cover
Passionate about maintaining a collaborative kitchen atmosphere
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards in line with the menu
Supporting event catering for conferences, banquets, and weddings
Assisting with menu planning and maintaining inventory levels
Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace
Working collaboratively with a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Covering breakfast shifts when necessary, during team absences
