We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a talented kitchen team. Working in a fast-paced kitchen, you will play a key role in ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served.
Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
Experience working in a professional kitchen with a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation
Passion for high-quality ingredients and attention to detail in every dish
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining culinary standards
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues across all kitchen sections
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Desire to continuously improve and develop culinary skills
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality
Assisting in the development of menus and contributing creative ideas
Ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are always adhered to
Supporting junior kitchen staff with training and development
Managing stock levels and ensuring efficient kitchen operations
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain a smooth-running kitchen
