This is an ideal role for a Chef de Partie or Commis looking for a new challenge.

As a Chef de Partie you will:

• Keep your section�clean


• Daily prep�


• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness & food safety


• Help the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new dishes & menus


• Monitor portion & waste control to maintain profit margins
