Job Description

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting an experienced quality Chef De Partie for our high-end client in Aberdeen. This exciting opportunity is a temporary role, but could potentially be ongoing.

  • 28th March - 30th March
  • 10am - 8pm
  • £15
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Menus: Collaborate with colleagues to create menus.
  • Supplies Management: Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
  • Ingredient Preparation: Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (such as vegetables and spices).
  • Recipe Execution: Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and contribute to new ways of presentation or dishes.
  • Optimising Cooking Process: Put effort into optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
  • Health and Hygiene Standards: Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
  • Cooperation: Help maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
What we need from you:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Food & Hygiene Certificate (Can be provided if necessary)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability & Reliability
