Blue Arrow is currently recruiting an experienced quality Chef De Partie for our high-end client in Aberdeen. This exciting opportunity is a temporary role, but could potentially be ongoing.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing Menus: Collaborate with colleagues to create menus.
- Supplies Management: Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
- Ingredient Preparation: Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (such as vegetables and spices).
- Recipe Execution: Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and contribute to new ways of presentation or dishes.
- Optimising Cooking Process: Put effort into optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
- Health and Hygiene Standards: Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
- Cooperation: Help maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Food & Hygiene Certificate (Can be provided if necessary)
- Strong communication skills
- Availability & Reliability
