Platinum Recruitment is working with a well-established luxury care home group and they are looking for a talented Chef/Kitchen Assistant to join their team for this care home in Liss, Hampshire.

Rate of pay/Salary: �24,960 per annum

What's involved?

• Your contract will be full time consisting of 40 hours per week, straight shifts, no evening work.
• You will have experience in a care home kitchen environment.
• Help support the team in the smooth running of the kitchen operation
• You will plan with the head chef, prepare and cook a variety of meals which are appealing, nutritious and centres around resident's preferences, requests or any special dietary requirements
• You will monitor and maintain cleaning schedules that meet the requirements of the Food Safety Manual, and ensure that all areas of the kitchen are immaculately clean.
