Chef Manager

Chef Manager, B&I Contract Catering, EC3 London �40k
Fantastic opportunity to join our clients' team at this site based in the City of London.
With approx. 100 on site, the catering department provide a breakfast and lunch service. With limited kitchen facilities, lunch is currently supplied from the Central Production Kitchen and finished onsite.
As the Chef Manager, you will
* manage a small team of three front-of-house staff, including a supervisor
* be fully responsible for the running of the site including paperwork, admin and budget
* take ownership of the menu and manage the breakfast service
* provide a high quality service to the customers
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
You as the ideal candidate would be
* a passionate Chef Manager with a proven track record
* able to lead and manage a team
* focused on customer service as well as food
* self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
* detail orientated
* flexible and willing with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people
