Platinum Recruitment is working with a well-established residential home and we have an exciting new vacancy for a chef based in Fleet.

Rate of pay/Salary: �17.00 to �21.00

What's involved?

• 60 residents - Modified diets for a lot of residents - Level 3 diet, level 4, level 5, level 6
• 7am to 5:30pm shift times with 1 hour unpaid break which can be split into shorter slots but candidates will not be paid as should be taking breaks
• 3 or 4 days a week ON GOING

The Ideal Candidate in Fleet

• The ideal candidate will be able to show management, training, and menu writing experience.
• Knowledge of IDDSI is advantageous, as you'll need to ensure that care/support plans are followed according to each individual's nutritional needs.
• Be willing to get a DBS Certificate
• Have Food Hygiene and Food Allergen Certificates
