We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our kitchen team on part time basis, shifts required are Fridays, Saturdays & occasional Sundays. This is a private hospital based in Barnet, seeking someone to help with preparing delicious and high-quality dishes in their hospital kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and be able to work well as part of a team.
Duties:
- Oversee aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen
- Execute menu items with creativity and attention to detail
- Ensure food quality meets the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Assist in ordering supplies and managing inventory
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen setting
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and management
