About the role
Job Title: Chef
School Location: Fraser Youens Boarding House, High Wycombe, Buckingshire, HGP13 5LH
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday
Shifts & Working hours: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 11am-4pm
Sat 7.00am - 7.00pm (1.5 hrs break) Sun 10.30am - 7.00pm (1 hrs break)
(33 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 38 weeks per year (term time only)
Pay Details: £16.00 per hour
What will I be doing?
Wednesday to Friday supporting the onsite Chef Manager and Chefs with the cooking cooking
Weekends: Cooking breakfast, lunch and supper for the boarders onsite (apprx 20 breakfast & 10-12 Lunches and Suppers) Lone working at weekends
Working using fresh seasonal ingredients
Includes serving the boarders and setting up the didning area for service
Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times
