The Role: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie for both our main and Pastry kitchens to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills in a prestigious and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality pastry dishes in line with the restaurants standards
Assist in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends
Ensure the kitchen is clean and operational, adhering to health and safety regulations
Manage and train junior pastry staff, ensuring their development and progression
Maintain stock levels and order new supplies as required
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or demi/commis in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
Exceptional skills and a creative flair for new recipe development
Strong leadership and communication abilities
A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
