Chef

We are looking to recruit another chef to our team; someone who is passionate about food and committed to quality cooking.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as part of a team in a busy kitchen.They will:
Demonstrate accomplished cooking skills & techniques
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Prepare and cook dishes from scratch; including preparation of ingredients prior to service
Ensure all food is of high quality, well presented & served in a timely manner
Monitor stock control & rotation
Receive & inspect deliveries
Maintain a clean & clear working environment during service
Clear down & clean kitchen areas & equipment following service
Work as part of a team using own initiative when required & following direction from others
Have a good work ethic, being flexible in approach and with regard to shift patterns
Be committed to the role and the success of the business

We offer flexible working patterns to include week days and weekend days & evenings, covering breakfast, lunch and evening service.
