Chef

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef to work with our client based in Iverness.

As a Chef your working days and hours are:

• 5 out of 7 days per week
• 06:00- 18:30

The rate of pay as a Chef is:

• £16.00 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a Chef are:

• Make and prepare meals in a fast paced enviroment
• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
• Preparing meats and fish.
• Assisting with the management of health and safety

The ideal candidate for a Chef would need:

• Previous experience working as a Chef
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Food Hygiene Level 2
• Allergy Certificate
